Appointments – To enable us to provide you with the best in hair services, we respectfully ask that you allow appropriate time for your appointments. In fairness to all clients, our policy is to reschedule clients who are more than fifteen minutes late.

All appointments are confirmed by way of a text message, email or phone call on the business day before. We request that if you change your contact details you update these with us at your soonest convenience. Keeping this in mind, we ask for 24 hours’ notice of cancellations. We do have a cancellation policy where a charge may apply.

 

Payment – We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as EFTPOS transactions.

 

Quotes and Consultations – We are very flexible with our consultation appointments and happily do this at no charge.

 

Retail – We use Evo, Moroccanoil and Teknia as our home hair care. Cloud 9 irons are the ultimate tool in hair styling. If you're unable to come and visit us to pick up your product, let us know and we can send it to you.

 

Allure Hair Studio Guarantee – We want you to be 100% satisfied with the result. Please do let us know if you are not sure about your hair. We would like you to feel comfortable about mentioning your concerns as we want you to absolutely love your hairstyle and/or colour. Providing that you are using Evo, Moroccanoil, Teknia or other salon exclusive professional products we happily guarantee our work.

 

Product Guarantee – We believe in our products, and it's important to us that you feel confident about them too. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your professionally prescribed products, please let us know as we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative for you.
